1. Who we are
Phorder is developed by Benyamin Chenkirov, founder of CreaZona, using the advanced capabilities of Claude Sonnet 4.6. Contact: bchenkirov@icloud.com.
2. What data we collect
None. Phorder does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. No analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no advertising identifiers, no user accounts.
3. Permissions we request
- Camera — required to take photos and videos.
- Microphone — required for video capture with audio.
- Photo Library / Storage — required to save photos to your device gallery.
- Vibration (Android) — used for haptic feedback.
None of the content captured through these permissions is transmitted anywhere.
4. In-app purchase
The one-time purchase ($9.99) is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. CreaZona does not receive or store your payment details. The purchase state is stored encrypted locally on your device.
5. Device integrity checks
On iOS we use Apple App Attest. On Android we use the Google Play Integrity API. Both are used solely to derive the encryption key for local purchase state. No data is sent to any CreaZona server.
6. Third-party services
Phorder does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
7. Children's privacy
Phorder does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). Rated 4+ / Everyone.
8. Data retention
Because we collect no data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Your purchase can always be restored via "Restore Purchase" in the app.
9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Since we hold no personal data, your rights under GDPR and CCPA are satisfied automatically. Questions? Contact us.
